For anyone who has hiked the trail appalacion. Would it be possible to pull a wheeled backpack?

My wife has trouble carrying a backpack and wanted to know whether it is possible to walk about 80 miles from the trail that is rated at level 4 to 5 in difficulty and drag abig wheeled back pack

A cross-type stuff is made for just this purpose. You can carry a good bit more than an ordinary backpack. It has wheels the size of a 20 "bike and a hip belt you put around your waist.
